Welcome to the Glown Business App. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access and use of our business platform ('App') and services ('Services'). By registering or using the Glown Business App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Use of the Platform

You must not:

Use the app for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes
Infringe upon the rights of Glown, other users, or third parties
Upload or distribute harmful code, spam, or unauthorized advertisements

4. Client Data and Privacy

You are responsible for ensuring the data of your clients (names, contact info, booking history, etc.) is collected and handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Payments and Fees

Glown may charge commission fees or subscription plansfor access to premium features. These fees will be clearly communicated in advance.
Businesses agree to receive payments via approved payment gateways set up within the app
You are responsible for ensuring your bank or withdrawal details are accurate.

6. Cancellation & No-Shows

You may set cancellation policies for your business. Clients will be notified of these terms during booking. You are responsible for enforcing your own policies

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, logos, software, and content on the app are the property of Glown
You retain rights to your business name, branding, and uploaded media (e.g., style photos, logos).
You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform.

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms or applicable laws
You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
You fail to pay required fees or misrepresent your business

9. Limitation of Liability

Glown is not liable for:

Loss of business due to system outages or third-party payment delays
Client behavior, no-shows, or disputes with clients
Errors resulting from incorrect data input by the business

Use of the platform is at your own risk. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
