Glown puts a consultation in front of the treatments that need one, sells courses that clients pay for upfront and book over months, and keeps every client's treatment history where the practitioner can see it.
Glown is free booking and management software used by Nigerian aesthetic, skin and wellness clinics.
It requires a consultation before treatments that need one, sells multi-session treatment courses paid for upfront and booked over time, keeps treatment history and practitioner notes on each client record, schedules practitioners and rooms together, and takes deposits in Naira. It is business software rather than a clinical records system, and it costs nothing monthly. Glown charges 2% per booking, capped at ₦2,000.
Assessment, then a course, then follow-ups. Software that only understands single bookings loses the client somewhere in the middle.
The pathway is enforced
New clients book the consultation, not the procedure you have not assessed them for.
Courses are paid once
The package is bought upfront and drawn down session by session.
Nobody drifts out mid-course
Automatic follow-ups bring them back for the next session, with aftercare attached.
The clinic pathway, from first assessment to the last session of a plan.
Consultation first
Put a consultation in front of the treatments that need one, so a new client books an assessment rather than booking straight into a procedure you have not approved her for.
Treatment courses
Sell a course as a package, take payment upfront, and let the client book her individual sessions against the balance as the plan progresses.
Client records
Past treatments, dates, practitioners, products used and your own notes live on one record, so the follow-up session starts from what actually happened last time.
Practitioners & rooms
Treatments can require a qualified practitioner and a specific room, and Glown only offers a slot when both are genuinely free.
Deposits
Clinic appointments are long and expensive to leave empty. Require a deposit or full payment at booking, with a cancellation window the client agrees to before confirming.
Follow-ups
Automatic SMS and email bring clients back for the next session in their plan, with your aftercare instructions attached to every reminder.
01. Set your consultation rules
Decide which treatments require an assessment before a client can book them.
02. Build your courses
Bundle sessions into a package with one upfront price and a booking balance.
03. Open your booking link
Clients book consultations and sessions, pay in Naira, and get reminded before each one.
