Glown books every gel, acrylic and design set for the time it really takes, charges for soak-off and art as add-ons, collects the deposit upfront, and adds up each technician's commission as she works.
Glown is a free nail salon and nail tech booking app built for Nigeria.
Every set carries its own price and chair time, so a three-hour design is never sold into a 45-minute slot. Add-ons like soak-off, repairs and nail art extend both the price and the booking, clients pay a deposit in Naira as they book, and each technician's commission is calculated automatically. There is no monthly subscription. Glown charges 2% per booking, capped at ₦2,000.
Nail work is priced by design and paid for in hours. A calendar that treats every appointment as one hour will quietly cost you a set a day.
Time that matches the design
Every set books its real duration, so back-to-back clients stop overlapping.
Deposits before you prep
Custom sets get paid for in advance, in Naira, through cards and transfers.
Her shape and colour, remembered
Client records carry past sets and notes, so returning clients skip the explaining.
The details a general-purpose booking app glosses over, and a nail studio loses money on.
Real chair time
Give every service its own duration (overlay, extension, ombre, hand-painted art) and Glown stops selling a 45-minute slot to a three-hour set. Your day finishes when you said it would.
Add-ons
Clients pick add-ons as they book, and each one adds both its price and its time. No more discovering at the chair that this is a removal plus a fresh set.
Deposits
Take a deposit upfront on long or custom sets. When a client has put money down on that specific design, she turns up for it.
Client history
Every client's past sets, shapes, lengths, colours and notes sit on her record, so a returning client does not have to explain her nails from scratch.
Per-tech commission
Set a rate per technician or per service. Glown totals it as sets are completed, so payday is a number you both already agree on.
Instagram to booked
Nail clients find you on Instagram and WhatsApp. One Glown link in your bio shows real prices and real free slots, and takes the deposit on the spot.

Yes. Every service has its own price and duration, and you can add optional extras such as removal, repairs, length or hand-painted art that adjust both the price and the time booked.
Because the duration lives on the service, not on the slot. When a client picks a full design set, Glown books the time that set actually needs and only offers times where it fits.
Yes. You can require a deposit or the full amount at the point of booking. Most techs turn it on for long, custom or high-cost sets, where a no-show wastes a whole afternoon.
Yes. A solo tech uses the same booking link, deposits, reminders and client history, without any of the staff or branch features until she needs them.
Yes. You can offer home or mobile services, build a call-out fee into the price, and keep your travel time blocked out on the same calendar.
There is no monthly fee, no setup fee and no per-technician charge. Glown takes 2% when a client pays for a booking, capped at ₦2,000.
Glown runs the same way across every appointment-based trade in Nigeria.
