Glown separates fills from full sets, keeps her map, curl and patch-test notes on file, takes the deposit at booking, and brings her back before the retention drops.
Glown is free booking software for lash technicians and brow artists in Nigeria.
It separates full sets from two-week and three-week fills so each is priced and timed correctly, keeps patch-test, mapping and curl notes on every client record, takes deposits in Naira at the point of booking, sends prep instructions with each reminder, and makes rebooking the next fill a single tap. There is no monthly subscription. Glown charges 2% per booking, capped at ₦2,000.
She is a set, then a fill, then a fill, then a fill. Everything you earn depends on how easy you make the next one.
Rebook at checkout
Her next fill goes in the diary while she is still in the chair.
The record follows her
Map, curl, length, patch test and past sets, all on one client page.
Prep rules do the arguing
Reminders carry your no-mascara, clean-lash instructions before she arrives.
The four-week cycle your whole business runs on, handled properly.
Fills vs full sets
Price and time fills separately from full sets, with two-week and three-week options, so a client who waited too long is booked, and charged, for the set she actually needs.
The fill cycle
Your income depends on her coming back on schedule. Glown keeps the client record, the last service and the last date together, so the next fill is one tap rather than a fresh sales conversation.
Patch tests
Record patch tests, allergies and sensitivity notes against the client, so the person doing the set always knows what was flagged last time, even when that person is not you.
Mapping & style
Keep mapping, curl, thickness and style notes on the record. Returning clients get the same look without describing it again, and a second tech can pick up where you left off.
Deposits
A full set is a long, quiet, focused appointment. Take a deposit or the full amount at booking so the slot you cleared for it is not given away for free.
Reminders
Automatic SMS and email before the appointment, with your rules (no mascara, no caffeine, arrive with clean lashes), so you are not starting the set with a removal.
01. Split sets from fills
Classic, hybrid, volume and mega, plus two-week and three-week fills, each priced and timed.
02. Turn on deposits and reminders
Decide what holds a slot, and what your prep message tells her before the day.
03. Share your link
Clients book, pay and rebook their next fill from the same place.

Yes, and you should. Fills are separate services with their own prices and durations, and you can offer two-week and three-week variants so a client who left it late is booked for the longer appointment.
Every client record carries her last service and date, so rebooking her next fill is one tap at checkout rather than a fresh conversation weeks later. Reminders then make sure she turns up for it.
Yes. Patch tests, sensitivities and any reaction notes sit on the client record alongside her history, so whoever performs the next set sees what was flagged before.
Yes. Mapping, curl, length and style notes stay on the record, which is what lets a returning client get the same look without describing it, and lets a second technician take over cleanly.
Most lash artists do. A full set is a long appointment you block real time for, so requiring a deposit or full payment at booking is the simplest protection against a late cancellation.
No subscription, no setup fee and no per-technician charge. Glown takes 2% when a client pays for a booking, capped at ₦2,000.
