Glown books your treatments against the therapist and the room, takes the deposit upfront, and works out what every therapist earned. Your front desk stops living inside a WhatsApp inbox.
Glown is a free spa booking and management platform built for Nigerian day spas, massage studios and wellness centres.
It schedules therapists and treatment rooms together so a slot is only offered when both are free, sells packages and multi-session courses, collects deposits in Naira through local cards and transfers, and runs therapist commission and payroll. There is no monthly subscription. Glown charges 2% per booking, capped at ₦2,000.
Most spa bookings die in the back-and-forth: is that therapist free, is the couples room open, how much is the deposit. Glown answers all three before the client finishes typing.
Availability that is actually true
Slots come from real therapist rotas and real room capacity, not from someone guessing at the desk.
Paid before they arrive
Deposits or full payment in Naira, so a 120-minute room is never held on a promise.
Your therapists know their day
Everyone sees their own schedule on their phone, and their commission adds up as they work.
Rooms, therapists, packages and product stock: the four things generic booking apps get wrong.
Rooms & therapists
A massage needs a free therapist and a free room. Glown schedules against both, with each treatment carrying its real duration, so you never double-book a table or promise a slot you cannot staff.
Packages & courses
Bundle six sessions, a couples package or a monthly membership, take payment upfront and let clients book their sessions against it as they come in.
Deposits
Require a deposit or the full amount when the booking is made. The longer the treatment, the more a no-show costs you, and the more a paid booking protects you.
Reminders
Automatic SMS and email go out ahead of every appointment, with your arrival instructions and prep notes attached, so clients turn up on time and ready.
Therapist pay
Set a rate per therapist or per treatment and Glown works out what each person earned as treatments complete. Payroll and payslips run from the same dashboard.
Retail & branches
Keep product stock per location and run every branch from one dashboard, with reports that show which treatments and which therapists actually carry the month.
01. Add your treatments
Name, price and the real duration: 60, 90 or 120 minutes, including turnaround.
02. Add therapists and rooms
Set who can perform what, and which rooms each treatment needs.
03. Share your booking link
Clients pick a treatment and a time, pay their deposit, and the room is held.

Yes. Each treatment can require both a therapist and a room, and Glown only offers a slot when both are free. That is what stops the classic double-booking where two massages are sold into one table.
Yes. You can bundle sessions into a package or course, take payment upfront, and let clients book their individual sessions against the balance over time.
Require a deposit or full payment at the point of booking and set a cancellation window clients agree to before they confirm. A long treatment is the most expensive thing you can leave empty, so it is the one most worth protecting.

Yes. Set a commission rate per therapist or per treatment and Glown calculates earnings as treatments are completed, then runs payroll and generates payslips from the same place.
